It’s Still Today on the West Coast

It really is.

But that’s not why I’m here.

I’m here because I’m tired and I don’t know what I’m saying.

I got about five hours of sleep last night and I was at my part time job this morning by seven. That means that I was up at six.

Blah.

We had inventory at my main job tonight. I forgot how much it sucks. We just stand around watching this inventory company count our stuff and only get to do something when they can’t scan an item, then we find the sku number and give it to them. That goes on for about six hours. Then reports start printing out with item discrepansies and that’s when we start working by taking another look for this stuff that the inventory people couldn’t find or that they found too many of. Usually it’s just that something was in the wrong spot and so it’s counted as something else. Lot’s o’ fun.

I tried napping today so that I would feel a little better tonight. I laid down for about an hour and slept off and on. That’s when Sharon’s dad called and had us come out and look at a house he found for us.

It’s really a fixer upper but the price is right. Luckily Sharon’s dad is people who knows people. He’s got connections everywhere so I think that we can get everything done at a decent price.

Anyway, I’ll write in more detail tomorrow. Must sleep now.
