Golf and the Wonka

I got up at 5:30am today so that I could go out and play golf with the husband of my wife’s friend’s husband and his brother. I haven’t played golf in about two years and it shows. I shot about a 120. And that’s just an estimation. I like playing with these guys because they aren’t real strict on keeping score. And when I had a bad shot I heard “Try it again”. It was a good time. We were out until about 11am and I hope to play gold with them again sometime.

When I got home a little bit ago, I found Sage watching Willy Wonka. Again. Since she first saw it about a month ago, we bought the DVD and she has watched it many times. I think it’s great because I always loved that movie as a kid and still love it. Like the Oompa Loompa doopity doo!
