Kwickie

Made dinner tonight…  turkey chops with pistachio & breadcrumb crust, roasted potato cubes (olive oil rocks!), and Rice-A-Roni low salt Chicken (the kids’ favorite)…  took a long time, but everyone enjoyed it…  well…  I guess they did.  Nobody said thanks…  and that’s about "the usual."  I get a "thanks" about once every 10 meals.

Dr. Phil says that respect is commanded, not demanded.  Maybe my sense of entitlement is so overwhelming that it blows away any chances that I have of respect.  I guess I gotta work on that.

Yeah, my entries sometimes sound like they’re written by an A$$hole…  sorry ’bout that…  but I really don’t give a carp or a crap or whatever ’cause they’re for ME, not you or you or YOU or even you.  Don’t like it, don’t read, I won’t care.
