cooking channel recipes

I am designing and working on a cooking channel on youtube and designing my own website. It is loads of fun and I am having a blast creating something I can really be proud of. I already have many recipes but was wondering if there are any must-try recipes that I could have missed? I would love to review a recipe on my cooking channel. Thanks!
