finally started on the bike
I finally went on the bike today and got 3!! miles done. I went for 15 minutes. I’m thinking about taking out an audio book to listen to as I use the bike. I tried reading but it hurt my hands and if i sat up then it tilted backwards lol. I know I really need to crank it up if I’m going to get my goal done by the end of the month. But I feel great for getting started.
Went to the market yesterday and picked up some fruits and vegs. Yesterday was brocolli and today we had spinach. All yummy and good for us. I keep forgetting how much I like stuff until I start to eat them again. I’m onto grapes at the moment. Having fun making salads for lunch. I’ve come up with some weird combos but they taste pretty nice. Grapes, apples, cucumber, cheese and green onion mixed with VERY light mayo. Strange but tastey.
I feel better. I really hope it lasts!
well done on getting the fruit & veg 🙂 once you have them there it’s far easier to eat them rather than picking on something more unhealthy 🙂

Haha, I eat weird meals, now, like the other day I had oatmeal and with it (not mixed together) a can of tuna, just right out of the can. Sometimes I feel like eating things that most don’t consider “normal” 🙂
