a new start

We’ve finally moved, finally have a bike of my own. Theres no excuse now. I hope hope hope to lose weight, but even more than that I want to get fit.
My goal for this month is to eat healthy (fruits and veg) and also to bike at LEAST 50 miles on the excerise bike.
