I did one and half miles today before my daughter fell off the bed and I had to stop. Still dont feel I’m doing enough… but I know its better what I was doing before… which was nothing. I still have 35.5 more to do. I’m having doubts I’ll get them done by the end of the month.
Anything is way better than nothing! I love the exercise ticker idea. It really shows that just a little bit here and there can add up to a lot. Very cool. RYN, I thought that one was hilarious too. The guy who writes these workouts has an interesting sense of humor, but I think it’s great.

I agree with ylit, anything is better than nothing. You may not make your goal but you are moving, that definitely counts! 14 miles vs 0 is a big difference.
