Once again I didnt really want to get on the bike… but figured I’d get on just to make the ticker move. LOL did another 2 miles!! (its was only 7 minutes worth… but hey thats 7 more minutes than I was going to do)

It would be NICE to be about to do 15 minutes in the morning and at night before bed, but with a 11 1/2 month old daughter its hard to get on at all much less twice a day. I know excuses!! I’ve been managing to get it down after she goes to sleep, but by then I’m knackered too. Sometimes hubby will be good and play with her for 20 minutes or so and I’ll try to hop on the bike then and go for it.

The food is slowly getting better. I havent had take away in 3 whole days. lol BIG wow for me. Well I kind of had it yesterday but it wasnt my fault. I visited a friend and thats what she gave me. I think I actually managed my 5 fruits and veg’s today. Orange juice, snack pack of mixed fruit, veggie sushi, peas, tomatoes/onions in rice for dinner. lol not sure if the tomatoes and onions count because they were cooked IN something… but I’m sure they kind of do. Oh yeah and my mother in law had curry… which had mixed veg’s and tomatoes in it… So yeah I guess that covers all the recommended 5. *jumps up and down and does the 5-a-day boogie*

When I got hungry today while I was out I managed NOT to go to mc’donalds, or subway… but went to the shop and bought a ‘meal deal’ that had the veggie sushi and the snack pack of mixed fruits (apples, kiwi, and strawberries) along with a drink. LOL I THOUGHT Of being good, I really did think about getting a bottle of water, or juice… but gave in and got some coke. lol Need to work on weeding that out!!

I bought a pedometer today. Should be intresting to see how much I walk when I’m out shopping. It feels likes MILES!!

I havent stood on the scales. I’m afraid to. I FEEL that I’m doing better. I THINK I’m doing well with keeping up on excerise. (yes COULD do better, but doing well) BUT I dont know if I could stand that sinking feeling of standing on the scales and seeing that I didnt loose anything or much worse… that I’ve actually gained something. LOL I might give it another week or two before I check. *shrugs* if the tickers on the front page dont move I’m not too bothered. BUT the excerise goals I really want those to move.
