NoJoMo Love

How could I almost forget about NoJoMo?  It is only Nov. 2nd so I made it!  I really do love NoJoMo.  It inspires me to write and sometime the story prompts are not bad either.

Right now I’m sitting on the couch and Mark is watching "Hot Tub Time Machine."  What a lame movie.  I grabbed an Octoberfest Sam Adams beer.  Yum.  Wheat beer is my new favorite thing.  And it all started when they came out with Bud Light Wheat.  With out that I probably would’ve never started to drink "mature" beer.  Ever. 

Halloween was fun.  Very low key, but so much fun.  Mark and I actually got costumes this year.  The first time ever, in 4 years, that he agreed to dress up with me — Popeye and Olive Oil.  So cute.  But we ended up not even going out or using our costumes!  Can you believe it?  $30 a piece wasted.  The past few weekends have been busy for us and I think we just really both felt like staying in.  We carved pumpkins, watched scary movies, drank beer and just laughed and talked.  I actually had a really good Halloween weekend and the best part — I didn’t wake up hung over!  Those are the best weekends!

Mark’s is the haunted house, I did the witch.  Not bad!  We’ve carved pumpkins every year since we started dating!  It’s a cute thing we do.
