Weight
Okay… I joined a "weight loss group" on yahoo. It’s called drop it for Disney. Now, I realize I shouldn’t be dieting, and I’m not. I’m using it more to watch what I eat, eat healthy, and motivation to get out and get some exercise, instead of sit in front of the computer all day typing ;). That’s the hard part. Maybe after the kids get their homework done, we can go to the park. I really hate going to the park, because I can never drag the kids away, they beg to stay when all I want to do is go home…but I could really use the exercise.
Okay, having said that, i took Shabree to the park, then went to the school to get Sydni. Then we walked home. So I’ve been gone about an hour and a half. I wasn’t walking that entire time, but I did walk quite a bit. I’m TIRED now. Well, if I should have a brownie, this should help not add any pounds. But I should probably skip the brownie, since I had one yesterday and didn’t have any exercise. Good grief, it’s 3 p.m. already… it got late on me… of course, it did not help that I fell asleep on Shabree’s bed this morning for about two hours…that kid can be LOUD… "Mommy! Wake UP!" Oh…no, no, no. "I hear Barney, why don’t you go watch him?" "No…." I finally told her to go turn off the tv, so it wouldn’t waste electricity, and what do you know, she started watching it again, but by that time I was up… no more nap for me.
I had an apple when I got home from our little adventure, now I’m remembering why I stopped eating apples… they don’t quite agree with me.
Well, I can’t help but feel I’m being boring, so I’m going to post this. I need to help Syd with her homework anyway,.
