Still no money

Well, we’re SUPPOSED to get some money Friday, maybe Monday.  We shall see!  In the meantime, Jerry found some credit cards we can use, whoohoo!   It’s pretty sad, but I’m going to go do a MAJOR shopping trip at Walmart to buy food for the next month, month and a half.  We have meat, especially hamburger and beef.  Now we just need about everything else.  It will be good to be able to stock up, even if it IS using a credit card we may or may not be able to pay on… things are getting to be almost two months behind.  I have even considered calling my mother to ask for an open ended loan to get us by… especially on the mortgage.  Our credit is so tanked, it’s not even funny. 

On the Samantha front, she is standing now :).  I mean, she JUST learned to sit up and crawl, and now she’s hauling herself up to stand.  I figured she would though… she HATED tummy time so much that crawling was the real obstacle, but now that she’s mastered that, walking won’t be far behind.  She’s so doggone adorable.  I found the battery charger today, so I can recharge the AA batteries, and take pictures of her w/ Becca’s camera.  Man, I cannot WAIT til we have more money… I am SO buying a new Canon camera.  I’ll make sure it’s okay with Jerry first, of course, but I think he’ll say yes.  I miss having a camera that just WORKS… and takes pictures when I TELL it to.  🙁

What else?  I lost my wallet… it’s GOT to be around here somewhere, and I just don’t know where to even begin to look.  I need it, because I can’t do that Walmart trip without it.  It’s staying stubbornly hidden… I do NOT want to have to replace all my cards, doggone it.

And on that note, I think I will wrap up… I want to finish up some swaps, so I can send them out, and TRY to clean off my table to look for my wallet, it is INCREDIBLY messy.
