I’m going to go watch Medium, which gives me 9 minutes to write an entry (or let it sit here for an hour… which I MAY do.)

Took the younger 3 to Burger King so I could work on layouts… was already irritated with them when we left, because when Bec and Syd got home, they all 3 started BUGGING, BUGGING, BUGGING about going in the pool, which they’d cleaned yesterday, and Jerry filled last night and today.  Well, yesterday it was 90 flipping degrees out.  Today it was windy and cool.  So they were told No, no pool.  Sydni went as far to tell her b.f. Maurisha that they were going in the pool (when she was at school) so Maurisha shows up to go too!  Then her BROTHER shows up ready to swim!  And we’re like "NO ONE IS GOING SWIMMING!!!!"  Which led to a meltdown on Shabree’s part, and yelling on Sydni’s part, to where Jerry had to YELL 4 times at Sydni…. just her name, mind you, before she finally stopped talking and started listening.  I didn’t want to take them ANYWHERE by this time, but I really DID want to work on my layouts, and I can do that while they play at a fast food place.  Besides, Sammi, who had NOTHING to do with that whole scenario, really, REALLY wanted to go (she kept handing us our jackets!) but I needed an older child to keep her occupied, that I knew.  So…. I extracted apologies, and took them anyway.  My kids are SPOILED.
The thing was, I told them earlier that we were going to Burger King, I could NOT figure out WHY the heck they were so freaking insistent on going into the pool.  And you’d have thought they were dying when they were told no.  Shabree doesn’t get to go in the next time they go, that’s how bad SHE acted.

Oh heck, my time is up.  I’m just going to post.  Maybe I’ll edit later if I’m in the mood.
