Ooooh….

LOL, I was just reading my notes, and someone called me dynamic!  Oooh… that just makes me happy, lol.  You could almost even say I’m shivering with happiness, lol… okay, goofball!  But seriously, that MADE MY DAY!  Thank you.  I tried to respond to your note, but it’s a faves only diary, so I couldn’t.

Sending Jerry to Mexico has been a GOOD thing every time it’s happened.  He comes back, seems happier, and more relaxed, stays home more, comes home earlier most nights, and in general, Mexico is a very good thing for him.  The deal is up in the air right now, the lender came in at something like 54% of value, after "adjusting the value for a quick sale" B.S. so he’s working on them to bring their value up and fund it at something we can actually DO, but that means we have to come in with something like another 150,000 dollars!  Oh hello!  Jerry seems pretty confident we can do it, but EVERYTHING dealing with houses takes about 2 to 3x longer than what anyone promises you… in fact, most lenders/brokers are either outright liars, or B.S. artists.  It’s ANNOYING… to say the least.  We could have gotten funded at 50% two weeks ago, but this place is supposed to fund at 65%… thankfully Sean and Karen were willing to extend, so we may yet get to go ‘home home"  And Shabree STILL asks me pretty much every day when are we going home home, and I have nothing to tell her, but "soon"  Jerry found another place, this one in Acapulco, that COMES WITH A YACHT!!!!  The yacht is included in the price of the house.  I don’t particularly care for the house, from the pictures of it, but the yacht would be COOL.  My husband the dreamer… but also the doer, so it’s okay to dream.  We’ll see if he can pull both of these properties off… LOL.

Pregnancy is coming along fine, it seems.  I was supposed to have an appt Thursday, but I’d cancelled it Wed at Jerry’s request, so he could come too, so it’s rescheduled for Tuesday, and I’m looking forward to seeing the baby and how s/he’s doing.  It’ll be 3 weeks since my last appt, so I’m feeling a LITTLE anxious.  I’m still suffering SOME from morning sickness, and certain cooking smells make me feel REALLY sick, so like today, Jerry’s got the crock pot going, and I just want to gag and throw up when he goes to stir it or something… sigh.  NOT a pleasant feeling, NOT something I’d wish on anyone.

Well, I’m going to get off the computer.  Joann’s is having a MAJOR sale, and also, I don’t want to lose my mailings, so I’m going to have them scan my mailing so I keep on getting them.  I’ve got a 40% off coupon to use, too, whoohoo…what SHOULD I buy?  I haven’t been there in a month, so hopefully they’ll have something neat/cool in the scrapping section I want.  I’m really loving the new superstores in the area.

So I shall hopefully write more later, at least read my faves.  🙂
