More layouts (pictures even!!!!)

Am I boring everyone to death?  I haven’t had any notes in like… 4 days I think?  Of course, it appears some people just haven’t been on… so that could account for a lot of it.  Oh well… just keep telling myself, I don’t keep the diary for others, I keep it for me.  I just like the community, I guess.  I like the feedback.

I don’t have a lot to say… I folded laundry today, otherwise I felt like a total slug.  Laundry takes a LOT out of me, it seems.  I don’t MIND doing it, but it does require energy.  I think I got 3 or 4 baskets folded though… I just picked and chose from each basket, so they’re all about half full, lol.  And, I HATE, DESPISE doing socks, so I always leave whites for last, and try to get the kids to fold socks.  But they do a poor, poor job on the socks.  They’ll fold a sock of Jerry’s and mine with a sock of one of the girls… ???  What the? 

I really need to go scrap something for my bowling challenge.  If I’m going to keep up, I have to scrap something every day. 

Okay, got a Tigger layout done.  Whoohoo.  For tomorrows challenge, I have to put 25 flowers on a layout.  Oooh…lotta work there, assuming you put brads on each and every flower, which I will probably do.  I plan to start tonight.  If you complete the challenges, you get a "strike"  So tonight, I got a strike… had to use orange, white and black on a layout, ribbon, and one word title… can anyone say TIGGER!!!!!  I mean, it’s TOTALLY a Tigger layout asking to be done with those colors and requirements.  So a strike gives us extra points.  That’s why I am going to do 25 flowers….  hopefully I can do some other layouts, but I’m only going to do one that has 25 flowers on it!  I’m not a big flower fan… I use them occasionally, but the main reason I bought them was to PIF, lol… and have something to trade.  So this will be a good challenge for me.  I should upload the layout I did tonight so I can show it off.  I think I WILL do that.   The first picture is the left side of the layout, the second picture is the right side of the layout.

 

That shaker box was made my yours truly…actually, I made everything on this particular layout… no swap items whatsoever.

Is that ribbon GREAT?  I just love it.  I have a WHOLE SPOOL of it though… now that I’ve done this layout, what DO I DO with the rest of it???  Oh well, I’m sure I’ll come up with SOMETHING.

Wasn’t Shabree adorable?  She STILL wears that Superman shirt.  She loves Superman…because her daddy loves Superman (we all do… we’re kind of a Superman family, but it’s really Jerry’s "thing"  MY "thing" is Garfield. 

I should go work on this Easter layout, with its 25 flowers, so I don’t have to do it all tomorrow.  I am thinking, I’d like to do more layouts, but then, I don’t want to burn out, and I only have so much of an attention span, lol… but it’s true.  And of course, when the kids are up… Sammi mostly, forget it.  And with me napping at the same time as Sammi, I’m not having much time during the day without kids.  So that leaves the evening.  I’ll have to see about taking them to McDonalds this weekend…but NOT Becca.  She gets too bored too easily, and drives me nuts.  Though of course, she hates to be left behind.  Thinks she’s somehow missing out on something.  I’m not sure WHAT, since she asks me about 30 minutes after we get there if we can go home because she’s SO BORED… which of course, no one ELSE wants to leave… so she ends up being the spoilsport of the bunch.  I could SO go early and have breakfast…assuming I can get UP that early, lol… but really, I haven’t had a McGriddle in so long… YUM.  I could really go for a McGriddle.  Maybe we’ll just leave Becca sleeping.  Assuming, once again, that *I* can get up that early.  I’m just so NOT a morning person.  By the time I’ve gotten to bed at 2 a.m. then played Bookworm on the Palm for a bit, and maybe taken a couple of Tylenol to take the edge off the pain… it’s often 3 before I’m asleep. 

With that being said, I am going to wrap up before my wrists start to ache.
