Feel the need to ban my dad from my email

Oh my GOD… every week, sometimes every day,  he forwards me some piece of junk… it’s either some warning that’s either completely false or a mix of true and untrue info, or he forwards me something bashing Obama or the Clintons, or whoever!  I’ve nearly gotten into a couple of fights with him over the stuff he sends me, but I can’t afford to fight with him, nor do I want to!  But I wish he’d stop sending me this CRAP.  I’m so sick and tired of it.  Talk about SPAM.  I can’t help bt open the damn things too… I’m a sucker!

Lord, grant me the STRENGTH to just hit delete!  Oh please!
