Am I insane?

Why yes, thank you for asking.

Seriously.  Yes, i went to Wal mart on a Saturday, we NEEDED toilet paper, we were entirely out.  I had no choice.  I got a trash can while I was there too.  Ours is… yucky.  That’s all I will say on THAT.  After Wal mart, i went to the scrapbook store.  Special ordered a bunch of stuff, bought some baby times, well I bought some things for Alex’s book.  Then onto McDonald’s which was a major disaster.  Instead of QUITTING like I SHOULD have, I went to the Dollar Tree, and I STUPIDLY told my children they could buy something.  Well, of COURSE they took their own damn sweet time, so I was looking at batteries (whcih I’d COME for in the first place) and they opened the line right by where I was standing, so of COURSE I wasn’t going to pass up that opportunity, so I got my stuff.  Well, the kids were MAD as hell.  Except for Sammi, she’d gotten HER toy.  She grabbed it early on, and didn’t let go.  So I got it for her.  A water gun, of all things.  An IRON MAN water gun, of all things.  LOL.  So I insisted we leave.  We went to Joann’s, and this is where it got bad.  Sammi was horrible.  My children ran ALL OVER the damn store.  They wouldn’t stay with me for nothing.  I finally left without buying anything, but I dearly want the Debbie Mumm baby lines… ALL of them.  The Noah’s Ark line, the baby girl line.  Maybe not the baby boy line, but I want teh 12×12 paper packs, and they have some baby boy looking papers.  But it’s ALL so freaking adorable, and I quite simply MUST have it.  I even told Jerry to get me Joann’s cards for Mother’s Day and my birthday.  I will have to watch for sales.  I want it bad.  Then, to complete the insanity, I went to the Grocery Outlet.  It was mostly okay there.  I did buy the girls some popcicles for 99 cents.  And some cereal bites.  They stuck with me, which was good.  Sammi wasn’t so cranky, which was good.  But I got out of there fast anyway.  After that, I went home.  I had a bunch of frozen breakfast sausage I got for a dollar 29 a pound.  Whoo.  I bought 8 of them.  It was hard to find the ones that weren’t hot, so I bought a bunch of them.  They were buried.

I am freaking exhausted.  I think I’ll clean the scrap room up and scrap here and quit trying to go to McDonald’s.  Maybe I can save the money I would spend there and use it on scrapping supplies.  Yea, that’s it.  Grrrrr.  I think Shabree was the only one I wasn’t feeling absolutely pissy with.  Well, Alex, she’s only a baby.  And poor Sammi, she just needed a nap.  It wasn’t fair of me to keep her out so long.

So am I insane?  Undoubtedly.  I always seem to recover though.

Haha @ your first noter. Dude… I have started leaving the boys in the car when I run into places. I just can’t handle it sometimes. I feel like not only are all eyes on me, but HOLY CRAP… they ARE on me because my dufus sons have decided that the world is their playground… BOYS also smell bad. I’m just saying. I know girls can get a little funky, but damn these boys are ripe (and they’re clean for the most part, so I don’t KNOW what it is…). *gags*

For Darkness Evades..I was reading this article, I don’t know how old your boys are, but it says that’s the first thing that happens before puberty goes full-on, is the FUNK. *laughs* Just set out on their dresser or in their bathroom, kind of obviously, a can of deodorant, without saying anything about it, and they’ll realize what it’s for and just start using it. Really. It’s like an evolution thing. They don’t want to be stinky anymore than we want them to be…*LMAO*
