We spent 4 hours at McDonalds.  I didn’t get as much done as I would have liked (scrapbooking wise), but that’s all right.  I didn’t spend very much money to go there… fed 6 people for a little under 8 dollars.  Well…it felt more like a snack, 4 chicken nuggets, we shared a large fries and a large soda, though the girls all had waters, and mostly stuck to that.

I moved the printer under the desk.  It cleared up a LITTLE room, but I have a PC down on the floor that needs to be moved up onto the desk.  Things are happening SLOWLY in here, but they ARE happening.  I just have so much to do.  I fantasize about having the money to pay someone to come in here and help me organize everything, get it to where I can DO stuff in here.  I love that dream.  I really do.

Jerry has the modem, so for now, I can’t do anything on the net.  I’m working in AppleWorks (Apple’s take on a word processing program.  I’ve just gotten used to working in it, though sometimes I open up Word instead.  All my programs are pretty old at this point, since I haven’t worked for Apple in quite a few years.)
Actually, I’ve been having lots of nice dreams and daydreams about spending money.  LOL.  Spending it on the kids, spending it on my friends, spending it on people I barely know, but feel like I owe a debt to, even if that’s just to pass on things that have been done for me in the past.  Oh, and doing something for my parents, to pay them back for all they’ve done for me during this time.  And I also dream about buying a few things for my scrapping, even though I barely scrap anymore.  But, I would if I could ever make this room functional, because I still enjoy doing it.  It would be nice though, to get some new stuff for my pages.  Of course, I have PLENTY of stuff, and that’s what’s kept me going without buying anything new for as long as I have.  Still… shopping for scrapbooking things is almost as important as scrapping itself.  ANY scrapper can tell you that ;).  LOL  Well, Linda is going to give me a tool for setting crystals, but it only comes with 50 crystals, so I am going to have to get more, eventually, and actually, probably pretty soon after I get the tool, as they don’t go very far if you want a nice effect.
So I’ve been really concentrating on changing my thinking about Jerry getting money, and while we’re still in limbo… I DO feel more positive, and hopeful.  I really want to make this Christmas a good one, though truth be told, so far we’ve done nothing in the way of decorating or anything.  Which may be more because no one wants to take it down AFTER the holidays…

I’ve got to go get some soup in me… soup and mother’s milk tea.  I haven’t had any yet, because going to McDonalds meant I wasn’t going to have much of a chance to nurse.  Though I was fine with it.  I had Shabree’s “blankie” (it’s name), and it’s a larger blanket than most baby receiving blankets.  Kim made it for her when she was a baby.  She loves it.  So I was able to really cover Alex up and get her nursing without worrying I was going to expose myself.  Plus McDonalds has 2 really comfy chairs in the Playplace that are perfect for nursing in, so I sat there, watched Sammi play, and Alex fell asleep nursing.  She needed it, too.  I’m much more comfortable with the whole idea nowadays.  It’s easier with a bigger blanket though, and also, Shabree’s blanket doesn’t slip around, it stays put where you put it.  I love that thing.  I told Shabree I wanted to buy it from her, she said I could borrow it anytime I wanted, but she still wanted the money!  LOL… she only wanted a penny.
I forgot to take the camera with me, plus I didn’t want to lug my big expensive camera to McDonalds, so I didn’t get any pictures.  It’s too hard to worry about stuff getting stolen when you have a bunch of kids, 2 of whom need some fairly close supervision.  Our table was out of sight of the chairs I nursed Alex in, so that would have been really frustrating to lug the camera over to where I wanted to sit, and then worry about the kids falling on it as they played over in that area.  I don’t think so.  My little shockproof camera is one thing… my Rebel is something else entirely!

Okay… online now.  Just had to copy and paste this puppy in and add my spaces.  Hope I didn’t miss any mispellings.  Appleworks doesn’t catch them automatically… might be one reason to use Word instead.  I HATE it when I mistype something…looks like I mispelled it sometimes, unless the letters are there, just in the wrong order.  That happens plenty.  OD used to underline things when I would misspell them…but it doesn’t anymore.  I don’t know if I have to tell it to alert me or if it’s just a functionality that was taken out, or what.

My lips are DRY… dry as a bone.  And I’ve drank plenty today, though mostly it was diet coke.  God, this cold is just wiping the floor with me.  I’m hating it.  I started drinking the Mother’s Milk tea, and have started a new batch for tomorrow/Monday.  I need to pick some more up from the store, because I want to take it for 4 or 5 days.  Colds usually don’t hang on to me quite this long…but we didn’t have any Zicam to help, and I don’t know why the Vitamin C wasn’t very helpful this time around.  Annnnnoying.

Bec wanted me to install The Sims on her computer, so I did, and she put away the dishes for me… YAY.

Okay… I’m just rambling now… guess I will attend to this room.  Oh… and pump.  Need to pump.

Can you do me a favor? I know you’ve mentioned them all, but I don’t know each for sure…can you send me a private note telling me the girls’ name and ages? I have a little bit of a surprise. Thanks.

Your cold might be lasting longer because you’re breast feeding. I used to be obsessed with scrapbooking haha. Expensive hobby, though.

Actually, I should probably clear it up that we are a D/s (Dominant/submissive) couple, we have no aspect of swinging in our relationship. No sharing, swapping, etc. and while I’m not normally an exhibitionist, either, I suppose because we play publicly at parties where people are welcome to observe, it turns a bit exhibitionist. We’ve left a couple of clubs because they did turn out to be more for “swingers”. Will have pics later, though, I’m sure. *laughs*

Mary Kay has this Really good lip treatment, its called Satin Lips. One of them gets rid of all the dry, like an expholiating..(MS!) then the other does make them like satin. It costs about as much as feeding 6 kids at McDonalds..good price!

You make me excited to one day be a mother. Even though it’s hectic, you’re still such an inspiration.
