lilypie breastfeeding ticker

Okay, I hate to admit to this… but I’ve been practically starving myself today, JUST so I can break the 200 pound mark!  I want to be back down to 199.   I’ve eaten a total of about 900 calories so far (need to eat another 300 or so… a mini meal!  Yay.)  I’ve done a bunch of laundry to keep active (I did about 10 minutes of step… but I thought I’d rather keep consistently active than do a little bit of exercise… however, I’ll probably do another bit of step a little later.)  I even had a bit of ice cream today.  Just to make my day a bit brighter.  A lil drum (drumstick…love those things!)

I’ve been dizzy a lot lately.  Not good.  I’m not sure why either.  I’m hoping it’s JUST dehydration…but who knows?

We didn’t get much done in the way of school today, however, the house is quite a bit cleaner, and as I mentioned, got quite a bit of laundry done, so whoo for that.  Quite a bit to go though.

In fact, I should go work on the laundry for a bit.  Got Bec home today.  In a good mood, thankfully.

I can’t think of anything else.  BORING day, I suppose.  LOL… just another day.  Mmm, Jane asked for food, so I took over 5 bags full of food.  I do not think she quite appreciates the lengths I do go to for her.  But that’s all right.

Oh gosh… Sammi has decided to make the computer hers.  Must go.

No starving yourself, hunny. I know you want to get down to that 199 mark (hell, I want to get out of the 230’s myself) but starving yourself isn’t the way. Do you have celery? Maybe a little peanut butter on celery would help? There’s practically no calories… just a bit in the peanut butter and the fiber in the celery will keep you feeling full… Just a thought.

I agree, no starving yourself. You are doing a great job with the weight loss though. Could you throw a snack in there that is aimed at stimulating your metabolism maybe? Keep up the great work sweetie!

What do you use to keep track of your calories? I’m trying to lose about 1.5 lbs a week, and just found http://www.livestrong.com. They have a tab called the daily plate where you an track calories (they have the calories counts for almost ANY food, or brand or restaurant listed!) and water consumption. They give recommendations for how many calories you should eat based on age/weight/weight loss goals.I’m loving it! 🙂 Oh, and it’s a all free, which is the best part – lol.
