you’re the panther of my heart!

Oh, yum. We are having a very tasty dessert right now. Hot chocolate and delicious fresh hot peanut butter cookies. Freezing a batch of those was one of my greatest ideas ever.

Unfortunately such deliciousness is attacking my thoughts.

I have 3 little parallel lines on the palm of my left hand. They appeared one a day for 3 days. I thought maybe I was accidentally cutting myself while preparing dinner, but they are in a place where that just doesn’t make sense. So clearly there is only one thing that does make sense. Something small was imprisoned in my hand and was marking the days it was trapped in there. Glad it was only 3 days.

Today has been such a tasty food day. But then, pretty much every day is a tasty food day in this lovely life of Sezquido.

I’m in the mood to read my giant book, but it is currently under the bed acting as a poster-flattener. I only put them under yesterday… I hate waiting for posters to flatten. But my beautiful-yet-semi-destroyed space-whale poster back home taught me never to skimp on flattening time. And also never to put a poster at person height in the passage of the house where everyone will walk/run past it and end up tearing it.

Jake doesn’t know what the second poster is. I didn’t know we had it until about 5 minutes before I took this picture. He’s gonna love it.

I took this picture for Amrai, every time I have one of these I think of her. I would have taken a better photo, but the food didn’t last long enough. The dark pink goop at the bottom of the wrap? Cranberry mayo. Mmm…

My title… Jake said it. I think I called him lord of my heart? And then he called me lady of his heart, but I didn’t think that sounded powerful enough. So instead, I’m a panther. I like that a lot.
