the world’s greyest brain

So this morning was fun. Doing my usual checking the daily comics and reading people who updated overnight and then… the computer started going slow. And then it reset itself. Very creepy. And then once it came back, internet did not load (the window would vanish!) and a popup kept appearing telling me there was evil on the computer. More specific than that, but it was evil.

So I spent ages making sure everything was copied onto my USB stick thing (everything on the computer fit onto the 8gig thing, awesome) and then found out because this is a computer that came ‘fully loaded’ I couldn’t just restart the whole thing. The thing that it would let me do was weird and I forget what it was called. It removed evil but did not remove stuff I had saved and such for the last… however long it was that I made it go back to. (wow, I make no sense).

So that was a fun day. All fixed now, which is good. But still, yargh. Yesterday was much nicer, I felt like watching a whole bunch of NCIS and then we discovered there was a marathon from 3 to 11, so that was what we did. Loads of tv. 🙂

Dinner tonight was lentil loaf. It was still not very loafy. The slice just collapses the moment it hits the plate, have to work out how to get it less liquidous. But it was a nice way to spend the afternoon, cooking with my husband. And it was pretty tasty, but I think that is because I almost drowned it in the checca sauce (which I love).

I wonder if the Simpsons is on yet? It was being Nascar before. Evil cars taking over the place of my cartoons! (heh, Jake was looking over my shoulder as I typed and now the tv is on, yay magic! not yay still nascar!)
