The world is a powdered donut

Lost is such a confusing show. Even when they slightly explain stuff. One day, eventually, I will watch all the seasons on dvd. Maybe then I might be able to retain some knowledge of the show and get less confused. Season 1 was the best for me because I watched it purely because my Dad got the dvds for christmas and I was bored.

I got seeds stuck to my hand the other day. Was chopping up a butternut squash for a tasty pasta sauce. Mmm… love that stuff. Tis gross for leftovers though, unfortunately.

This afternoon we went back to the mechanics. They had a tyre for us (that looks wrong, I like the look of tire better, even if that does mean getting sleepy. I can pick and choose how I want to spell words, that’s the benefits of being as international as I am) but they noticed something else wrong so they couldn’t put it on and let us leave. The strut was broken? Some loose coil thing that they showed us. Explains why the tire the other day was ripped completely open on the inner side.

So we left the car at the mechanics (benefit of living a 5 minute walk from there, we were barely even cold by the time we got home even though it was probably about freezing outside at the time), they ordered a part that will come tomorrow and hopefully then we can be done with this fun. So SO glad for that bonus money we got last Friday! I keep telling Jake that he has to re-thank Russ for having such great timing. We probably would’ve been screwed if it wasn’t for that sudden influx of moneys.

It’s snowing outside. Ever so slightly. I thought there were headlights all over the parking lot, even though it is dark out there it is almost glowing!

Oh man… deja vu. Heh. Really shouldn’t talk about snow so much when I am posting pictures of my hand. I actually had deja vu about the deja vu!
