Last night it took me forever and a few minutes more to get to sleep, last I remember was about 3am but its effort to check the clock so I was probably awake later. So it was VERY HARD to get out of bed this morning! So I didn’t. I stayed in bed, messaging Jenn (who had woken me up about 30 seconds before Jake got home from his first shift) and trying not to fall back asleep.

Bananas are delicious. Best breakfast ever.

And what else did I do today…. um… cleaned the fish bowls, did laundry, and umm… that’s it. Coz when I’m lazy, I do it to the EXTREME!!!

I wanted to walk to the Split Rail with Jake, but the laundry was still going when it was time for him to leave so I didn’t. Gotta see if the socks are in! Eeee socks! Coz then I get the fun of taking pictures of my own feet to show you what they look like. I have good ideas this time… too bad we don’t have kitchen stool-type seats, would make it easier to do what I’m thinking. Eh, everything I think is a hard thing to do!

Jake is being creepy, talking about babies with freaky-bright eyes going "hey mother, it was warm in there! Get me a towel!" straight after being born. CREEPY husband of mine.

For dinner tonight we had leftover tikka masala (it was sauce from a jar, not very good, not at all spicy and it wasn’t the lowest spice-level. Wtf? If it aws any less spicy it would’ve been… water. But yeah, we had it with garlic and that’s why I’m writing about it coz I just burped garlic and it was tasty. The house smells like garlic.

We have to save to go to Ireland next year. Gotta walk backwards.
