Purated!

I actually like the prompt for nojomo today. Which is good, because I did nothing today. Except a lot of cleaning. And that isn’t really that exciting.

"Write an entry containing 11 "essential facts" about you AND 11 "fun/random facts" about you."

Essential facts about a Sez

1. I like socks. Especially stripey toe socks that reach my knee. (In case you can’t tell from my icon picture!)

2.
I am a child in a grown up body. Thankfully I can act grownup if I really need to.

3.
I have never been drunk, smoked a cigarette, or done drugs. Jenn gave me one of her unlit cigarettes to hold once and I held it in my mouth to freak her out, and that’s the closest I will ever come to smoking.

4.
I was very sad a few years ago, when I grew a few centimetres. I went from being 169cm to 173. 132 is a LOT better than boring old 173.

5. I swear a LOT when I am thinking. And when I think too hard, I get stuck in a loop of nonsensical words. Sometimes I get stuck in a loop of swearing. And then I try to say something to break the loop, and I can’t, and end up yelling swear words!

6.
I met my Jake because I was using the random button and stumbled upon an awesomely funny entry.

7. I like hugs. I am always slightly sad when someone greets me in a way that is not a hug.

8.
I am a massive Michael Jackson fan. Very sad that I had to wait until his death before merchandise related to him was available and not massively expensive. I do like that I now have a poster and some tshirts featuring him though.

9. I have great difficulty getting rid of anything.

10. I like squirrels.

11.
I am very shy.

Random facts about a Sez

1. I have accepted a lot of ‘american’ names for things, but some things I have made Jake change to. Like, I now say ‘pepper’ instead of ‘capsicum’, and he says ‘doona’ instead of ‘comforter’.

2.
Assuming all goes well next Wednesday, I shall be getting hermit crabs, because I need something living to hang out with me during the day. Also assuming the pet shop has hermit crabs that are moving around and not massively expensive like the ones at the mall are.

3.
I have 3 best friends in three different countries. I have a Jake here in the States, Ellen back home in Australia, and Jenn (who also moved far away from home to be with her love) in Ireland.

4. I bite the skin off the side of my fingers, instead of biting my nails. Both thumbs are damaged at the moment. Mostly because I bite when I am thinking too much.

5.
I’ve had the same email address since I was 15. I never really liked it, my friend who I was hanging out in the computer lab with made it. Because apparently I NEEDED an email address. I have 2 other I like much better, but I can’t bring myself to use either of those as my main.

6.
I try so hard to listen and understand when Jake talks to me about football, or any sport for that matter. I usually get massively confused though.

7. I’m not too fond of chocolate. It is good, but the chocolatey things I eat are generally more for the flavour of chocolate and something else combined.

8.
My current pair of shoes are a size 11.

9. I used to enjoy sleeping, now I don’t because I feel like I could be doing many things that are much more worthy of my time.

10.
I do "acting" hands a lot. If only it was describable, this would be less of a cheat/filler.

11.
These sort of lists always take me HOURS to complete, because I just can’t think of things about me. This took me almost 3 hours.

I bite the skin from around my nails too…though not TOO badly…but I do bite my nails when extremely stressed. I like that you’re a child in a grown up body. I feel very much the same. 🙂

sez you are super duper awesome 😀 Chris

I love that “I like squirrels” is an essential fact. 🙂

I bite the skin around my fingers too. It’s a really bad habit but I can’t stop! I bite my cuticles too lol

lmao, Oh you do make me laugh. I learned something new about you today. 🙂 *

I scold my mom for biting her thumb skin. *shudder*. It gives me icky-chills. ~jo

I do the same when mike talks about baking and gaming, if I concentrate I can follow the lingo and such, but sometimes I need to be shown to understand

But you’re so random, I would have thought that engineering random facts would be so natural for you. Lee Mee xXx

Lovely!! Fun reading.

I love that theme too, though I hate the word “prompt” to describe it, I obviously do as I had it in my entree too. I did mine in wordpad/notepad and it took me 15 minutes, only because I kinda cheated as I planned on doing something similar a few days ago and kept my bullet notes prepared for it. I like it when I see my name in your entries, it makes me feel famous!

ryn: famous? Nah not really…more fayomonaise… jeez, I think I change the spelling everytime I write it. And whenever I see a bucket I feel the need to go see if I could dunk a hotdog in the contents.

That “child in a grownup body” line is better wording than me yelling the other day “I’m a kid J, a kid! With boobs! BOOOOBS!!” though my way may of been slightly more entertaining…especially if you saw me do it in person

I could hang out here and note you randomly all night, maybe I will…that is if you provide comfy couches like those big bookstores sometimes do 😉

Interesting.
