Popcorn machine kitties!

Today I cleaned. A lot. In preparation for cats to come visit. And of course, as soon as they arrived, the place was gross again. One of the cats peed in the carrier on the way over, and then was freed and ran all over the apartment. So the whole place smells like pee, how lovely.

So we have two lovely cats visiting this week. Meeka and Deeka. At the moment, Deeka is under the bed, and Meeka (who was known as "piss cat" until I caught her and cleaned her up) is sitting on the couch in my warm spot.

Deeka, behind the computer earlier. They were both there, but one would run away as the camera came out. I have no idea how they navigate the mass of wires back there, but they do, and it’s amusing.

They haven’t seemed to notice the fish yet. I’m hoping everyone can live peacefully.
