Pellet hand!

I did soo much cleaning today. Because mum is coming home today. It’s 11:10pm so she should be home soon. My whole body is achy from doing stuff. But the thing I love most is that I cleaned in my pjs because they needed to be washed, and now I’m wearing them and they are all clean and awesome. I’ve rather missed having the ability to wash clothes in the home.

Other than that, not much has happened. We went on a ‘double date’ with Claire and Natey. To La Porchetta for gnocchi. That was not as good as I remembered it being. But at least it was the perfect sized portion, not a ‘holy crap how am I ever meant to eat this much?!’ kind of portion.

We were going to go to the shopping centre right there after eats but I guess christmas hours aren’t on sundays. So it was being all eerie and empty.

There is also a rapidly growing pile of wrapped presents in the lounge room. Red ones are from Natey, green from Matty and yellow from Sez and Jake. I took a picture (that you can’t see yet!) and it doesn’t look like much but that’s because a good amount of them are smallish. I discovered just how hard it is to wrap a circular container… it is holding cookies. I was trying to make them on the small side so I could have more of them for the present, but instead I ended up with MASSIVE ones. Huge massive things, some of which had to be broken in half to fit in the container.

Last night when I was writing my entry, I could hear Dad and Matt singing in the lounge room, along with the tv. Jake went in and I did a survey and then went and joined. They were watching karaoke on one of the music channels. We all stayed watching and singing until midnight. It was such a fun random way to spend a few hours. 🙂
