My belly is so full of hot milk right now.

I’m wearing one glove. I can’t stand to touch the mouse. It is constantly… sticky. Even though I clean it. And wash my hands a lot. Even when Jake hasn’t been near the computer since I last cleaned the mouse. It’s stupid and sticky. So I have to wear a glove. Stupid mouse, why couldn’t you look like a ladybug? Stupid ladybug mouse, why did you have to be designed for child-hands?

I figured this was an appropriate picture for today. I love that picture, it lives on top of our fridge. I also love our adorable irish sheep magnet. I’m the white one coz ‘she’ has a clover in ‘her’ wool and therefore is the girl. We need more magnets. But the ones we have are awesome. Sheeps, a picture of a tiger, a pretty city-shot, and one of a Jeep on a pole. Best random landmark thing EVER! Always makes me think "more Jeep-on-a-pole than any other Mark Harmon!" …coz my mother is very weird. And awesome.

I’m wearing a blanket and keep hitting the wrong keys. This blanket normally lives on the bed, under the doona but over the sheet, so I rarely feel it. I started making the bed this morning, I need to pull it completely apart and re-align the layers every few days because I am a tad obsessive about that and can’t sleep if everything isn’t nicely lined up. YES. So. The bed so far has one blanket and the sheet and then I got bored of making the bed and went and made breakfasty-lunch-of-oatmeal for us. I’ve made many things for us to consume today. Well… oatmeal, hot chocolate right before this entry… and at 3pm I heated up small bowls of last night’s awesome stir fry and we snacked on those. Didn’t feature a snacktion but it was filling and tasty all the same.

This weekend has been full of lazy and lovely and doing nothing. Which is what all weekends are for us, but I still love it. Today we finally started watching the CSI that has been clogging up our DVR. (Does anyone else like to say DVR like it is a word? D’vur. heh) Last November the 3 CSIs did an uber-crossover trio of episodes, and we haven’t watched since. We didn’t actually watch those, we were going to, but somehow accidentally deleted one of them and by that time they were no longer online so… meh. So today we watched the episodes from last year. Now we have.. 3? 4? episdes left that have played this year. Fun. At least they were good ones.

This is the toy car that sits on the desk to the right of the computer monitor. I love it, is so amusing and sparkly. There are a whole bunch of random little things like that on the desk, surrounding the scanner. There is also a bit wooden turtle on top of the scanner. It holds rubber bands and safety pins and… I’m sure something else. PAPER CLIPS!

There was something I actually wanted to write about but I think I forgot to. I have no idea what it was though… all this random ramble has kind of made it fade away. That, and the sound of Jake playing Zelda with the sound on is kind of distracting.
