Mini helmet

Ashley really likes to sit up and watch the world. It is so adorable.

Today has been quite warm. Even hotter for me because I’ve had a sleepy space heater on me for most of the day. I don’t want this hot weather, I’m not ready for it! I’ve only just gotten good at keeping Ashley warm overnight and now I have to work out what she can wear so she doesn’t overheat or get too cold? Bleh.

Another routine that seems to be changing. Ashley usually (used to?) eats for an hour, falling asleep and waking every so often, at night. Then she’ll fuss, poop, get changed into pjs (if she’s not in them already) and then eat for an hour on the other side, then it will be straight to bed. Now she seems to fall asleep in her Dad’s arms after a big feed (he’s the one who burps her, I’m terrible at it), and yesterday she skipped the long feed altogether!

She’s also gotten the hang of a pacifier. It makes her seem a touch more independant and that’s a little scary. She’s 9 weeks old!
