Knee promenade

Today was a day of much things. Featuring activities! And driving! And noise! The good kind of noise, the kind that makes you make noise along with it. Also known as sing.

We went to Hartford this morning, for the fun of fingerprinting. The same tech scanned my prints, he was nice. Confusing, but nice. He started out apologizing for doing a bad job and therefore making me come back to get the prints taken again. Then something about too much hand lotion or too much washing my hands? And that my prints are bad. And then ‘oh, these aren’t bad, I can see everything’ …so my fingers got scanned into the computer again and hopefully all is well now. I noticed that there are weird lines on the sides of some of my prints, the edges from when I peel the skin off with my teeth. Go self-attack! Thankfully I don’t mess with the pads of my fingers.

After that adventure, we headed to CostCo where… there was Naked Juice! A whole row of Mighty Mango! So yummy, so yay. We also grabbed a couple boxes of cereal and granola bars so we have yummies. Mmm…. yummy.

And then a fun trip to Staples because we needed a few envelopes… and the smallest package they had was 500! Yargh, how am I going to use them all up? Will take 10 years!

I have prominent knees. They are a knee promenade.

I was amused today, driving on the highway is often amusing. Being (what seems to be) the only one who actually drives the speed limit and not at least 10 over, I end up going through waves of traffic. I get amused watching all the cars disappear in the distance and then more come up behind me. Not amusing when I get stuck behind a truck and then another one appears RIGHT ON MY ASS. Man that was a sucky few minutes. Truck sandwich!
