I must bring an end to our relationship. DIE!!

Today was too hot. Well, not really, as I didn’t have to put the air on until 4 when Jake came home all sweaty and hot, but it melted honey very quickly so that wasn’t fun. I managed to get covered in the stuff. When home alone, so it wasn’t even fun.

Why are grocery lists such a bitch to write? I’ve got a whole bunch of new recipes we want to try, but I don’t want to try any of them TODAY and therefore I don’t put them on the list. I’ve tried getting Jake to write down things he wants as he thinks of them but that’s never worked out. (and also, why do they say things are on special ‘2 for $4’ or such… but you don’t actually have to buy 2? That confuses me!)

Aight, well, groceries are ordered. Good thing I did it today, if I didn’t we would’ve had to wait till Saturday to get them. Mmm… things.

Now I’m tired. Is it nap time? We’re making pasta with mini meatballs and blobs of cheese next week, Jake saw it on Food Network and was drooling so I grabbed the recipe. And pasties, and some yummy caramel slices that I can’t read the measurement of ingredients properly… and that’s our week. Mmm…

Something made me want a strawberry milkshake today, so I got the most delicious strawberries from the store just over there *points right* and mmmm…. such a good drink. Such a good snack too. I had one that was freakin massive, was like eating an apple or an apricot or something. Yum.
