“I broke my radiator, I play the xylophone”

My title was gonna be "Everybody is going to do somebody’s love inside of me." but it didn’t fit. It’s a line from "Monkey Business" by Michael Jackson. Weird as hell and therefore HIGHLY APPROPRIATE as a Sez-title. The title I ended up using is from another of his songs, the highly enjoyable "CHEATEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRR"

Today was a bed-day. And it rocked. Of course I had to get out eventually, coz its Friday, but still. I slept a lot and it ruled.

Jake worked late today, so I had to just go over and go into the restaurant to get him. Always a little scary, coz I like benig where people can’t see me. But it was all good. Jake was totally ready and expecting me (he’d called home just after I left). And I got Russ-attacked, but thats ok. He’s a pretty nice guy. (I always remember him being drunk at the end of the wedding, it was hilarious). And he was just wishing me ‘luck’ on Monday. We’re all waiting for that, to find out what the next step is.

We got to Walt’s just at 5, and his chair was empty so Jake didn’t even have to wait. 10 minutes and we were done and on to grocery shopping! Which cost WAY more than expected, but its all good, coz we had the money. We got a dish drainer, the only one they had, it was $10. I did not expect it to be that much. But we have one now, and that makes me very happy. No more putting the dishes on disgusting towels that sit TOUCHING the bin when they aren’t in use. Ew.

A terrible thing happened in the carpark before grocery-ing. I dropped my pen under the driver’s seat. Pout! Not like I don’t have many many more, but still, I needed it then. And I didn’t have it.

But then I got to have sushi whilst wearing sushi socks, so that made everything better. Its the coolest thing to be eating the same thing as you are wearing, pretty much.

And then I had the bestest dessert! Slices of banana with nutella on. mmmmm goodness in a non-pie form.

Not much else to say really.

Oh! Jenn got her presents today! The screaming chicken that she adores, and even made it ‘talk’ to her man on the phone. That would’ve been the scariest phone call ever. And she got green socks that match mine. I just realised, i should’ve given her one of each, coz she has a love of odd socks, and I have a love of odd socks that match.

It would’ve been perfect.

I have the cutest, most amazing husband ever, did you know that? Coz its true. He is so unbelievably excited coz he got dried blueberries today to put in his cereal. It’s so cute!

It was sunny today, and that made everything good. Just sticking my head out the window to watch the kitties below, I got all warm. And that’s just woo. I missed warmth. That’s what happens when you move to the other side of the world and go from start of spring to start of autumn. You totally skip the warm time! grrr I want warm. And hopefully i’m finally getting it. Yay.

There is music. Hence a little ramble. But it shall end now. Not much to ramble about, except that my legs hurt and I want it to be wednesday coz that’s when my new game should be here and yay for that.
