Fries quatro queso dos fritos

I did so much today. Swept the whole apartment (under everything, moved the couch etc), swept the back room and stairs (MASSIVE amount of dirt! From shoes tracking in mud. That’s why shoes aren’t allowed in the apartment!), chopped and cooked dinner, and shoveled a path outside. I actually only did half the path, when I wanted to do the second part the shovel was being used (we borrow the restaurant’s one and someone was clearing the front). Oh well, hopefully Jake gets downtime during work and gets sent out to shovel. That’s what normally happens.

Jake went to the store today… in sandals. Then he said losing he kept losing them in the snow! Silly man doesn’t know what shoes are for…

I wanted to do more today but I spent a good portion of my day trying to get Ash to nap. At 2 (afternoon nap time) instead of sleeping, she climbed off the bed and ran laps. Probably at least 10 laps of our king size bed before Jake or I left the bedroom so she did too. Such a cute silly.

I really want to get out of this apartment. I’m usually great about being indoors and might not notice if I haven’t been outside for a week, but because we haven’t been able to go out I’m starting to go a little crazy. Don’t know what I want to do though…

My body is starting to hurt from shoveling.

If we had fry oil and something to fry in, I would’ve made those yesterday. We have all the ingredients! That was frustrating.
