Don’t be this crevice in my arm!

This evening, we went out for Natey’s birthday dinner. His birthday was probably 10 weeks ago now, but the dinner hadn’t happened yet (we’re going out next week for my birthday).

We went to Taco Bill (where my hat in the above picture is from, both boys got a fishbowl-margarita and they give out a hat with the purchase) where tasty chicken fajitas were eaten by me. I don’t remember what other people ate, only that they all had cacti on their plates. Mum and I had tiny fajita plates so no cactus for us.

For dessert, Natey-Claire Jake and I went to Greensie where we bought a stupid amount of stuff. Natey and I both got a ‘sherbet fountain’ thing from Darrell Lea, which was rather gross actually. It would have been fine and tasty, but it had a stick of gros licorice in the centre which spread it’s flavour throughout so it was just… weird. We both knew it would be, so we had chocolate caramel bar things as backup and flavour-remover. Then we went to the grocery store because Natey thought we needed beverages. Which we did, but we also ended up with a massive amount of candy. Probably good, almost all the stuff from the massive candy run last week is gone. Mmm, snaacks.

Yesterday we watched a LOT of Psych. We didn’t go anything, pretty much just sat around and watched Psych, and repeatedly told each other not to be arm-crevices (an odd and amusing quote from one of the episodes watched).

Today… Natey ran off to his buddy’s place, so Jake and I stole the car and went to Greensie. I bought shorts. Finally. I’ve been looking for so very long and they always suck. Went shopping with Mum and Lisa (Jake’s mum) when it was USA summer and I completely failed in finding anything that wasn’t hideous. Today, I found 2 types and both were good. Yay! Now I can have bare-ish legs if I want.

I think I ate waaay too much candy.

I love that photo of Natey-Claire! I love their t-shirts! And a photo of our weird flowers that usually come out early November but are confused by the weather. The top photo is just freaky.

ryn: *hugs back* That sucks you can’t hear it. I only listened to 2 tracks. I’m thinking I’ll pick it up when it comes out too. Nice hat. I like the Natey-Claire photo too. 🙂 Heh Mr. Happy it looks odd that he has arms and legs.
