BURP!!

Yesterday was a day of "the same old random junk" as Jake just put it. Cept for the evening.

Went to pick up Natey from Claire’s house at… 10pm. And we didn’t get  home till 1am. That’s coz Hoj is a poopsmythe and stopped working. I turned the engine off coz I had to wait 15 minutes for a Natey to get ready and get outside (we were early) and then he wouldn’t start again! Twas a good thing Claire’s daddy was so nice, he came outside and helped us, and found the RACV number for me to call and all that jazz.

I was scared coz this mnly voice answered the phone and said "Susan speaking" but then… when the RACV man came… I got even more scared. Coz I didn’t know if it was a man or a woman. And so I got scared. Plus coz he kept coming really close to me coz neither of us could hear the other properly.

But yeah, waiting around for ages, sitting on the street to make sure I had phone reception (Claire lives in a poop of a place, can’t call or anything unless you get in the right spot) but that did make for amusing hold music. mmmm cutty.

But it was all good once the car was started and the battery charging. I’m just assuming the car still works now. Not that I need it, but eh.

We drove around in a spiral for an hour to let the battery properly charge. Went the shane way, then past Weller’s, through Research/Eltham/etc to Rosanna, then along the greensie bypass, down to Diamo again and then in a smaller circle around our house. Twas… hard coz I was hella tired.

Today we got up at midday coz my phone went *LAUGH* and it was a message from El inviting us out for lunch and ticket getting (we’re gonna see Ross Noble next month. weeeeeeee!) and so that was good. We zoomed and got cleaned and were ready JUST as she got here pretty much. So woot.

We had kfc and it was chicken. Then we tried to work out a way to get from Eltham kfc to greensie with only turning left. We worked it out, and then didn’t bother testing it coz we knew it would work =P (turns are only counted if indicator is needed)

We went to Greensie and bought the tickets and then got some donuts coz donuts are goodness and Carli picked on Ellen and that was funny (Carli works at the donut place) and then we came home for simpsons goodness as I had a new ep taped for the L

Tonight we are going to TGIs with Skye and Matty, at about 8. So that’s good, gives me time to get hungry again. mmm hunger.
