Ass-cake mcgee, that is COLD!
Ugh, I feel cruddy in the tummy. Dinner is sitting like a boulder. Silly delicious beans. Hopefully hydrating like crazy will push it along. Giant-feeling baby belly doesn’t help either.
Speaking of the little one, she’s been incredibly active today. At the barber’s this morning I had to shift her at least twice because she kept wedging herself into spots that pained me. Not terribly, nothing like when she decides to stretch out on my kidney, but enough that I had to shift her. I love that I CAN shift her, I think that is just so cool.
The only other place we went today was Stop & Shop, where we spent an absolute buttload, but that’s what happens when expensive grocery items need to be restocked at the same time as our every-two-weeks big shop for meal-things. The good thing is that now we have loads of stuff, plenty for meals further than thanksgiving (the actual day, not when we are doing it which is december 4th. We never do the meal on the actual day because if we did, the siblings wouldn’t show up. This way they can go to the other side of their family’s gathering and we get to see them at another time. TURKEY WOO!)
We angled the desk and moved the couch across the room earlier, so we could be comfortable and watch the shows we missed when we had no tv for a week (via Hulu and cbs.com) and now that things are back in their right place… they aren’t back in the right place. Things are off, possibly only by a few millimetres, but I can tell and it BUGS ME TERRIBLY. I do realise I’m slightly crazy.
I think tv just told me to get Santa a phone as a snack when he drops by on christmas night…. I’m so confused.
Title: What slipped out when I first drank some delicious fridge-chilled water.
Get Santa a phone for Christmas? Doesn’t have quite the same ring to it (ha, geddit?) as cookies/cake and milk!

This entry made me miss being pregnant. I hope I’m pregnant again this time next year. :o) ~jo
