Hell on the rails

So I’m going to be a nerd for just a quick moment, but OMG do I love my phone! I’m on the train right now, and since I has a spankin new phone with tons of bells and whistles, there’s one that turns it into a mobile hotspot, I am using it so my laptop can connect to the internet via my phone. NERDGASM!

Anyhow this train ride has been interesting so far, we just left the Newton station and are over by Hutchinson. The seat they gave me was next to some guy who was passed out and clearly looked like a homeless guy, even reeked of booze. So I sat down and popped in a movie on my laptop, watched Public Enemies… it was okay. The guy got off in Newton so now I have two seats to myself, I hope I can keep it this way for the rest of this trip. It smells kind of poopy now, I think someone in this car has some serious gas issues.

I am kind of tired but I dont want to fall asleep and assault everyone with my snoring. I hate having apnea sometimes.

So I’m due to arrive in Lamy NM at like 230 in the afternoon… 10 more hours to go! I dont know who is picking me up there, I hope it’s not Dede because I may make her cry or deliberately make her wreck her car as payback for Thanksgiving.

At least I found a cheap flight back to Wichita… that makes me happy. Too bad I couldnt find one for Thanksgiving… oh well.

I’m worried about my suitcase disappearing – I just bought some fucking bomb ass slacks and some new dress shoes. I hate getting dressed up but since it looks cute on me I guess I can let it slide.

Maybe a short tiger snooze will help.
