Pregnancy Week by Week

err.. i donno if you do these kinda questions, but, sure. ill give it a shot. .. so, when you get pregnate, where does it show first? O.o lol i know, kinda a dumb question, but no one can give me a straight answer! ..and i heard you tummy gets hard–but where? like at your belly button or what? O.o i donno. im confused. Later! =)

I will answer any question anyone has, Don’t matter what kind it is. This question isn’t a dumb one, so don’t think it is. If you don’t know the answer to something, no matter what it may be, it is not dumb. No one knows everything so there are going to be questions about everything in life. Some people may think some questions are dumb, but they aren’t, they are just people trying to learn something they didn’t know before. So there is no stupid question really.

Anyway, I found a site that goes week by week of pregnancy, I will post some of them up that say more to what you are asking, you can go to that site as well if you wish I will post the link up to.

Pregnancy Week by Week
Week 11
Your uterus just about fills your pelvis and if you press your fingers into your belly just above your pubic bone, you may be able to feel it.
Week 12
Your uterus has grown in size and can now be felt above your pelvic bone. Your doctor or midwife will be able to feel it during an abdominal exam.
Week 13
Your uterus has grown quite a bit and loose-fitting clothes may be much more comfortable by now. You aren’t extremely big yet, so you’re probably feeling quite comfortable.
Week 14
because your uterus is becoming noticeably thicker.
Week 15
Your uterus is just popping up above the pubic bone. You are at a very in-between stage right now and your favorite pair of jeans may not fit anymore, especially around the waist. Your uterus is easily felt and your doctor or midwife will use its position to check the progress of your pregnancy, measuring the distance from the top of your pubic bone to the top of the fundus.
Week 16
Your uterus will continue to move upwards which will start to relieve the pressure on your bladder, and as a result, your need for frequent urination should be reduced. The top of your uterus has risen up, so you can probably feel it easily about 3 inches below your belly button.
Week 17
You, as well as others notice your expanding belly easily now. Your uterus has grown significantly since the early weeks of pregnancy and this needs to be supported by your muscles and ligaments. Round ligaments are attached to each side of the upper uterus and also to the pelvic side wall.
Week 18
The top of your uterus should be just below your belly button now and due to the growth of your belly, your sense of balance may be affected.
Week 19
The size of your uterus (along with your baby) has grown considerably over the last few weeks. The top of your uterus is now just over halfway between your pubic bone and your belly button.
Week 20
Your abdomen is now quite distended due to your uterus having grown to become about even with your belly button. Your belly button may "pop out" as your uterus expands. Your doctor or midwife has probably been measuring the level of your fundus (top of your uterus) with a tape measure.
Week 21
Your uterus is growing and taking up more room now, crowding your other organs. You may have trouble breathing from this point until your baby drops, since your uterus is pushing up against your lungs and diaphragm.
Week 22
Your uterus is above your belly button now and may be pushing outwards on your ribcage, causing your ribs to become a bit sore at times.
Week 23
Changes in your abdomen are progressing gradually, but you definitely are getting larger and many of your pre-pregnancy clothes are probably impossible to get on. You may have gained between 12-15 pounds at this point in your pregnancy. Your pelvic floor muscles will be stretched as a result of your pregnancy.
Week 24
The top of your uterus is well above your belly button now and you are really looking pregnant to others at this point in your pregnancy. You may be experiencing more and more tightening and relaxing in your lower abdomen, which are Braxton Hicks.
Week 25
Your uterus is approximately 2 inches above your belly button and you may have gained around 15-22 pounds so far.
