whats new?

hrm…. after reading an "im not dead" post, i realized that i should also post something on here as well to let any of you who still read this know that i am also…. not dead.

so, whats happened in the two months since i last wrote?
well, ive checked my favorites list nearly every day.  so, even though i havent had much to say, i have kept up on what is going on with my favorites list.

erm….. aryn and i had our 1 year anniversary on july 8th, and i kicked her out of the house so that i could surprise her by using a bunch of the decorations she saved from the wedding to make the living room and dining room look like where we had our reception.  oh, and i cooked dinner (steaks, home made mashed potatoes, veggies, salad, and a good wine.).  I gave her her present (a pair of coach wedges), and we had dinner. (see pictures)

for those of you who are wondering, we are doing much better.  the problems i created are still there, but we are working on them, and everything seems to be getting back to normal, if not better than that.

we traveled to las vegas for 4 days to kind of celebrate and watched the cirque du soleil "zumanity" show, which was quite interesting.

lets see, what else….. im still working at fred meyers, currently doing the most monotonous task (filling all the little strips of random stuff that hang all over the store).   and thats not much fun, but its money.

oh, i finally got a motorcycle

its an 1975 yamaha xs500b.  its an old bike, but its fun and its mine 🙂

thats all ive got for now, must go out and ride around while the weather is still nice.
