I just came home a few minutes ago!

Boy I am so tired, exhausted, and achy!

I conducted the class today. It went swell…I just didn’t have too much energy today. I simply took a deep breath and addressed the children, telling them about what programs the Children’s Department offers and answering a few of their questions. I issued several of them cards, showed them around the shelves, helped them look for their assigned books, and talked to them about the Internet that we offer the public.

I also had my Mother’s Day Arts-N-Crafts. It turned out ok. At first, since I had no help from my other co-workers I was going to cancel or post-pone it till tomorrow, but I looked into the faces of the kids and then I grabbed hold of this child, Dyana who comes to study at the library and asked her if she’d mind helping me with the crafts. She loved the idea. I had a whole group of 5 kids sitting around a round table making their mothers Mother’s Day Note Pads in the hape of a heart. They came out really cute!

😀 I hurt all over. I can’t relax! I am just so irritable, exhausted, and my back and head throb so.

I am a mess! :0)

But then again life goes on!
