Sazon Goya

          Today I received a parcel from Mum. She sent me a big bottle of Bijol condiment

and four 20 -packet packages of  sazón Goya.    also a condiment for making all sorts of Spanish dishes.   I told her that it was hard to find these products here in England so she sent me a big box of these condiments so I can make ‘Arroz con Pollo’  and even ‘Paella’. 

       It’s been an exciting week!  Yesterday I received a call from the NHS offering me a job at the Churchill Hospital.

Today is Foot Spa Friday at the Aris house.  We all have our feet pampered in a foot spa and unwind to welcome in the Weekend!

  This coming Monday Hubby and I will be celebrating our First Wedding Anniversary!  We’ll be married a year!

This commemorates our Church Wedding which was a dream come true! It was such a beautiful Ceremony and equally elegant Reception!

I bought Hubby and myself a beautiful Champagne cake.  It is a chocolate sponge cake with chocolate buttercream filling covered in choclate fondant shaped as a champagne bottle.
