Back pain!

I hardly slept a wink last night!

I am in excruciating pain 🙁

My back is out like never before and I was in a rage last night.

Ivonne and my boss made me so furious! I hate being made to feel as if I am ‘goofing’ off work!

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I took the day off today to try to rest. I shall be going to bed shortly.

I really feel like a failure now. I feel weak. Yet I am certain this feeling shall pass soon.

Thank God there is much joy in my life too. I thank God I have Alexander now and a whole lot of friends from all over the globe and here. My life is good…I just have a whole lot of resentment, anger, terror, and grief left over from earlier in my life and I need time to heal.

I am logging off now to have some coffee and lunch.

I need to nurture myself a whole heap today.
