 One of today’s challenges was: What was your favorite Halloween costume, and why?

Honestly, I think this year’s costume was my favorite. I could go into my younger and more vulnerable years by saying a fashion model, or a surgeon, or a witch, but no. This year topped them all, which is lame, since I’m grown now. I will upload the picture later, but it was one of the easiest and cheapest costumes I ever had. My friend, Lindsay, and I decided to do a "couples" costume.

I was Axl Rose, and she was Slash. 

She had the black wig and big hat, even an inflatable guitar. I have blonde hair and lots of bandanas. We decided to go as girly versions (read: girly, not slutty). I wore a denim skirt with lots of rips in it, black boots, a purple tank top (beater), a black blazer, a purple bandana, and aviator sunglasss. She wore a denim skirt, converse sneakers, a black t-shirt, fake nose ring, and a big chain with a cross pendant. We even staged it to act like Axl and Slash…we had a "fight" in the middle of the party and quit talking for a few hours.

In a word, awesome.

We are already planning what we want to be next year. A few ideas so far: Wayne and Garth, Cobain and Grohl, Patty and Selma.
