Updates 2008

Hello People:

I only have time to write in this diary like every couple of months now it seems.

Job- Great!  Couldn’t ask for more.  I just recently received another promotion and nice big pay raise to go along with it so I feel so happy.  I remember when I first graduated from college thinking, I am never going to make what I deserve and have the house and all that.  I have a nice house, and a great job..I just thank God for his grace!  I am blessed!

Love Life-  I am so in love with this man (Myles).  It is the most complicated situation I have ever been in and I have never been in love like this (read the previous entries).  He is everything, we go back and forth, up and down and we laugh and cry and it is just part of the game I guess.  We are not sure what the future holds but he is everything to me.   We have been dating since October 2007.  We have tried to be apart but it just doesn’t work.  He truly treats me like a queen and I love him for that.

Birthday- My Birthday was on July 2nd. I turned the big 3…0!  It was the best birthday ever.  Myles started things off the night before with a homecooked meal, a dozen pink roses, a bubble bath and a massage, followed by love making and breakfast in bed the morning of my birthday!   Myles also bought us Jill Scott tickets for my birthday.  I am so excited.  He made my birthday special! That evening we (Myles and I) went to dinner with my mom and sister.  It was cool.  The next day I had a Mexican Fiesta for all my friends to come and celebrate with me. It was great!
