My Weekend-Friends

My weekend was cool..very busy!

Friday-My Sorority sisters and I did a booth at an elementary school Fall Festival.  It was cool. The kids loved our booth.  After that I came home and chilled and then went to bed.  My sister and her boyfriend called me an old lady (Whatever!)

Saturday- My Sorority threw our Annual Fundraiser.  It’s really nice and it is a silent auction and luncheon complete with live entertainment.  The event was a success. After that my girls and I went to this new development in Atlanta called Atlantic Station.  It was fun, we walked around , shopped and then after that we went out to eat. 

 My friend/ex-co-worker was supposed to come to the fundraiser and she never showed up.  I talked to her earlier in the week and she was like she would be there and blah blah.  Then I called her the day of and she was no where to be found.  I called and left her a message that I was checking on her ..I don’t know..Wierd.  It would be rude if nothing happened and she was okay but maybe she was sick or something.  I feel like I called, I did my part.  When everything is okay she will call.  I don’t really do the whole "chasing a b*tch down" type thing it’s not my style.  You get about 2 complimentary calls from me after that you don’t call, we just won’t talk.  That  has happened twice within the last year with 2 ladies who I considered friends and I know they considered me a friend but I don’t talk to either of them now.  One is okay just being stupid I guess  the other one I dunno she may be in Charter or something she is sort of manic depressive and has panic attacks and the whole nine.  I don’t know I can’t keep ..anyway.

Sunday- I chilled all day, I didn’t leave the house.  My sister and her boyfriend went to church I didn’t.  Then, he went and bought steaks and chicken and grilled out for the family.  It was great.  We had baked potatoes, salad,corn on the cobb, onion rings and of course the grilled steaks andchicken breast.  My sister even made cup cakes for desert. Bert also called me Sunday and he wanted to hook up.  After I found out the party was at my house I told Bert we needed to postpone until today.  I am sort of having second thought with it being Haloween and all.  I was going to cook a nice dinner fir us but the kids will probably be trick or treating.  I don’t kniw.  I have candy for the kids but if I am having a nice dinner date , continous jumping up to answer the door and give candy might kind of be too much.   The other thing is, I still have food from yesterday. Why cook new food?  Anyway, who knows??? I’ll see what happens.
