I Got FIRED!!!

Can yall believe it??? I mean, I hated but WTF???

How can he fire me? He had this whole list of shit that he said I wasn’t doing effectively. Whatever! I told him he never gave me any direction or for that matter even job duties, responsibility or anything. I had to teach myself! His rebuttal..He can’t really teach this position you have to just do it. Whatever..such bullsh*t! Anyway, my feelings were hurt because I left my old position to work for that company and position. I cried a little, he felt like shit. I have NEVER been fired so I was surprised, confused and hurt! It was a relief to know I didn’t have to come back but now the search to find a new job is scary and the pressure is on.

My old boss…his wife felt like shit because he fired me and she wanted nothing to do with it so she wouldn’t even stick around for him to fire me. I cried a little but it was definitely a relief to know that I would get a good reference and I didn’t have to go back. His wife is already trying to help me find something else, something I like. I still think she is a buster for not being able to stand up too her tyrant ass husband but whatever! I am shaking while typing this. UGH!! I just wanted to give a quick update, I have to update my resume and start looking, they are only giving me an extra two weeks pay, so I have to start looking quick!

If he had a list of shit you weren’t doing effectively then HE wasn’t doing HIS job effectively by letting you know with little reviews now and then!!!!! Not to mention, uh actually, yes, jobs DO come with a list of duties. If he couldn’t even give you that much then he was just setting you up for failure.. Reminds me of that Friends episode where Monica hires Joey to work at her restaurant

just so she can fire him in front of everyone and gain some respect from her kitchen staff..
