Dino Play!

Dear Diary,

Apparently today is brought to us by the letter D…. Earlier today I posted a Dresses entry and now I’m on to Dinos…..

First Reagan and I worked on building a sand structure that he was envisioning in that cute little head of his….

Once it was done I went back to my beach chair and not long after I saw that Reagan had decided to show his dinosaurs what he built. Every Summer leading up to this one we’ve built elaborate train layouts in the sand that Thomas and his train friends enjoyed. Since Reagan officially declared his Thomas phase over we unpacked the beach trains and added dinosaurs into the beach bag….. I decided to capture the phase in photos. You never know when one phase will end and another will begin.

Catch a dino by his tail…. (This one shows Reagan’s Top Dog shirt along with the trunks that have different dogs sketched on them. It’s a much calmer print than we usually go with for swim wear but I think it’s really cute. It’s pretty adorable with that hat.)
