Sevendust Lyrics

I went to see an american alternative metal band called Sevendust earlier this year when I was in London.  Damn was it one wicked concert, they played at Islington Academy, which was a pretty small venue, but it was mosh pits galore.  They played alot of their newer songs which I haven’t followed as much, I’m more a fan of their animosity album but it was still awesome to get to see them play live.  I even got to chat to Lajon, their lead singer, after the gig, as he was out the back when the main act came on.  He was a lovely guy, who put up with my mate and I’s drunken rambling crap… anyhoo…  I was just looking back through an old book and saw some of the song lyrics of a couple of their songs scribbled down and I thought I would type them up… The meanings of the songs, or the way I interpret them anyway, seem to hit a cord with me tonight…
