In this space

Agitated Skin, I take you with with me.

Restless bones sorrounded by warm blood.

In this space,  I am one.

Agitated Skin, I take you with me.

It can be hard to see beyond where one is standing,

I take you with me,

and walk beside you.

Restless bones sorrounded by warm blood.

I take you with me.

Pounding Heart,

Risky Fingers,

In this space, I am one.

Trembling Knees covered by thick skin,

I take you with me.

Learning to breathe,

Learning to stand,

with wind in the heart.

Restless bones,

Trembling hands,

and warm blood,

In this space, I am one.

Agitated Skin, I take you with me.

I really, really enjoyed this one. It is different from the others. I love the idea of “agitated skin” …I love it. And “I take you with me” …magnificent. A sense of belonging or possession, whether it be good or bad, and maybe the acceptance of such.
