Gorgeous pictures! And that is the best bathroom EVER. My cousin works for Barclay’s in Delaware, so when I was in England I was taking pictures of every one I saw. Which was quite a few Barclay’s.

Aww. Grand Paris. The Gallerie Lafayette was amazing! I went shopping there and wished they had “malls” like that here. There was a fashion show at La Printemps the day we went. Very good! I have to go back to Paris with a boy.

ryn – hey so, reporting back, it’s all true. it’s not quite up-in-the-christmas-lights like i imagined, they’re quite far below, but you have a pretty good view. so make sure you’re in the right galleries (the one behind the opera, or more to the point the one with the boots and shoes), and keep going up. eighth floor! and if you enjoy a good free viewpoint, after montmartre youcan’t beat the view from the top of the parc de belleville. better in summer with a beer from the bar behind, but still.

Ryn: I just got mine in the mail and it looks just as good in person as the photos. Your sis is gonna love it! It’s so easy to see from the outside that a guy like Foodie is no good. I have friends who are in On again, Off again, friends with benefits BS with guys. And it’s so cruel but easy to say “He’s just not that into you.” especially when it seems ALL guys just wanna “have fun”

I’d rather see him once every 2 weeks like we were than not being with him at all now. I wish I hadn’t complained, asked for more. All my friends tell me to play hard to get. But the girls I know who HAVE boyfriends write “I love you baby!” on their boyfriend’s FB WALL! How is THAT playing hard to get?!

Sorry. Don’t mean to vent. I just can’t stop thinking about him. And no other guy is showing interest/chasing me either. my friends who are saying “play hard to get.” are the very same ones who write. “Happy 1 month anniversary! You are the love of my life!” on their boyfriend’s FB walls.

Ryn: Thanks. Sigh. I couldn’t stop staring at him when I last saw him. My friends have said “He is staring bullets at you!” and I can feel him staring at me in the corner of my eye. It’s just stupid and frustrating that we’re not together!

BUT..Bro spending all his time with his girlfriend when he should be helping me start this new store. 4 week vacation, gets back, 2 weeks. STILL hasn’t looked at shelves. Phillipino’s husband spends all his time vacationing, getting married and honeymoon. Totally neglecting his restaurants. His biz partner hates her. I can say Geez Guys! Don’t go broke! There can be a happy medium right?

RANDOM — I pretty much LOVE this entry!! Those steps at your school remind of the steps at the all girl school I used to go to here in England =3 God, I miss Paris and can`t wait until I get to go there again! I went last year for a weekend trip with my best friend and was supposed to go again this year for my birthday but my passport screwed up. Are you living in Paris? Studying there, right? Because your location says ‘NYC’ =P This is probably a daft question; apologies =P

ryn: ahahaha! If he was running loose I’d never leave the house. There is a sanctuary about a mile from the house. He lives in a very large and very secure enclosure. There are over 100 big cats there…lions, tigers, leopards, panthers, etc. All very securely contained. Most of them were pets at some point because people are effing stupid.

ryn- Oh yeah, it definitely happened. It was the first time they met, they were both wasted, it happened on the grass outside the library, she pulled up her pants and ran away crying, we found him wandering around campus in his boxers… and then they dated for two years. Now she’s a lawyer and he’s marrying a Finnish model. True story.

I am hoping to be living in Barcelona by the end of the year. I hope your travels can include a day or two to come slumming it and play with me. 🙂 Your pics were good for me. Yes, I need to take the nice boots and a couple coats. I will no longer be living in a hick town that’s a budding ski town. hmm YAYYYYY!!!!!!! 🙂
