Diet menu
Meal #1—7am A banana and a glass of milk
Meal #2—9:30am A yogurt and a 1/4 dry cereal mixed in (I like Granola or cherrios) and a 8 oz glass of water
Meal #3—-12(noon) A hand ful of grapes and about 1/4 cup cheese cubes and a 8 oz glass of water
Meal #4—-2:30pm A rice cake with some Lite cream cheese and fresh fruit on top and a 8 oz glass of Water
Meal #5—-5 pm A small salad with lite dressing and a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 8 oz glass of Water
Meal #6—-7:30pm Celery Stalks dipped in Homeade dip
To make dip for Meal #6 you need
1/4 cup drained crushed pineapple or other fruit (preferably in natural juice) less sugars on fruit
1/2 cup of soft lite cream cheese
2 tablespoons Jiff lite creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup raisins or other dried fruit
Combine all ingrediants and mix well
Spread or dip celery in this mixture
if you spread you may add crushed nuts on top if desired
