Last Night’s Dinner

Here is what we made for our dinner last night.

Sushi Rolls!

It was the first time we ever attempted to make our own Sushi. It turned out okay, if a little bland. The fillings we used were hard boiled egg with lettuce, crab salad with lettuce and tartare sauce, roast lamb with lettuce and barbecue sauce. I think it needed wasabi in the crab salad one, but Sandra didn’t want to add wasabi, because she was worried it would be too hot.

We still have enough mixture left to make some more, so will probably attempt these again soon.
